It's upto you whether you wished to pursue masters degree after pursuing undergraduate degree.

See, if you wanted to pursue then go for it. Eventually it provides an additional career opportunities to the individual and helps then in their growth in jobs.

To be honest alone bba will not help you in getting good opportunities so mba is required as well. If you  have your business or about to start it then go for it.
