Yes you can study data science after studying BCA. Even a student from non computer or coding background can study data science course. But for a BCA student it would be easy. You should have a good knowledge of C, C++ and python to initially start with data science course. There are many colleges which offer this course and even some IIM's also offer MBA in this feild.
