Mtech is recommended for technical roles and for pursuing teaching as profession, MBA is much broader and gets you chance for exponential growth and management expertise.

Through M.tech you can enter into teaching job , and you can apply for gate for govt jobs and into research field too.

Hi, Many students after B.E/Btech pursue MBA course and also many apply in MTech but it also depends on your interest and what field you want to go in.
Also if your interest lies in management and business then its MBA for you or else if technology then Mtech and related field.

You will have to decide wisely because scope is good in both.
