Hi,

To become an IAS the minimum educational qualification is graduation from any stream.

After becoming IAS you can study BBA in distance mode but you cannot study LLB in distance mode.

LLB degree in distance mode is not recognised by bar council of India.

Hope it helps.

Hello aspirant

You can study LLB and BBA, after becoming an IAS officer, but you have to take admission in evening course to study law and get a formal degree. Earlier many universities like Delhi and Punjab University, Chandigarh offered evening courses in law.

. They could not register as advocate be side an employee other than law officer cannot practice law as per Advocate Act 1961 and rules made there in.
