The eligibility criteria to be eligible for UP TGT recruitment is that a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree in relevant subject with B.Ed/BTC from recognized University or Institute. So yes, you are eligible to appear for UP TGT recruitment. The minimum age limit is 21 years. Shortlisting of candidates is based on merit in written exam and interview.
