Hello student, 

 I would suggest you should do M.Sc as the subjects that you have studied are popular ones and you have stiff competition. If you wish to enter engineering, the other option is to do an M.Tech. However for M.Tech you will require M.Sc in Maths or Computers or Electronics. GATE is the entrance exam for M.Tech. Some institutes like IIIT Hyd also conduct their own entrance exam. However, you need to complete M.Sc first. Try for a job then to gain some experience. If you feel the need to improve your chances, you could then look at M.Tech.
