Hello Aspirant,
According to JEE Main protocols, your comprehensive aggregate in 12th Class must be 75% if you are from the General/EWS/OBC Category. Your all-around Aggregate In the 12th Class Should be 65% if you are from SC/ST/PH Category. This is only applicable for IIT/NIT/IIIT/IIEST.
See there is no minimum percentage required for JEE Main. You can appear for this exam with any pass percentage. But during the admission, only aspirants with more than or equal to the 75% score will be considered for admission. An aspirant having a score less than this will be deemed ineligible for admission.
