In order to become an HR Manager, it is necessary that one completes graduation before applying for the managerial role. In some cases, companies or organizations look for candidates with a Master’s degree as well.

In some cases, in order to pursue graduation in HR Management, the interested students will first need to qualify an entrance exam and then apply for the colleges offering graduation courses in HR Management. Well, there are institutions which provide admissions into the graduation courses based on merit.

There are several Diploma programs as well offered in HR Manager after 12th. One can study Diploma in HRM as well which is a 1 year course. But for managerial roles, graduation becomes essential.
