The Full form of BMS is Bachelor of Medical Sciences . It is an equivalent level qualification to the more commonly awarded BSc (Bachelor of Science) degree.

With this degree you can be a

• Community health worker.
• Paramedic.
• Health educator.
• Medical claims specialist.
• Higher education lecturer.
• Histology technician.
• Clinical research coordinator.
• Medical sales representative.

And you cannot open a clinic using a bachelor of medical science degree for that you have to be a full fledged doctor holding a MBBS. But you can explore other career options mentioned above or can become a doctor by pursuing MBBS.
