I am extremely sorry to tell you dear that you cannot go for lateral entry in mbbs even after completing your b pharma.

This is because , there's nothing like lateral entry scheme  in mbbs so even if you are a graduate in b pharma you will have to apply for NEET examination and qualify it to get into medical colleges for mbbs just like class 12th passed students have to do.
