To get seed ir fertilizer licence candidate has to  achieve diploma in agriculture or Bsc agriculture degree course to get the licence. As you have diploma in pharmacy  certificate then it is not match with the criteria of getting licence of seed and fertilizer  or to get  a distributor or dealership of this  2 ingredients. So if you do a diploma in agriculture  you can get the licence for stocking, selling, distributing or  dealership of seed or fertilizer.
