Dear Kunwar, this may be negotiated with your College but again, Internship is mandatory. The course is for 5 and 1/2 years and it includes 1 year Internship. If you do not complete your internship, the course is considered incomplete because the internship is a part of the course you have enrolled for.

Hey Kunwar! The 1 year mandatory internship is a part of MBBS course. The course is for 4 and 1/2 years and 1 year is specifically for Internship which is mandatory. You will not get your MBBS degree if you do bot complete your Internship. It's non negotiable. There is no bond but without completing the internship, it is as much as you haven't studied MBBS at all. Hope this may help you.
