Hello Shiva, BSc MECS is a very good field that incorporates major branches of STEM education. You can go for MSc or MS in either maths, electronics or computers whatever interests you most. You could also sit for GATE exams and opt for an MTech in electronics or Computer science. after masters you could also apply for a phd if you are interested in research or teaching. 

Many people also change streams and do an MBA for better job opportunities at MNCs.
