After Diploma, you can pursue B.Tech or B.E. or else you can go for AIME Certification or can pursue graduation in any specific stream related to your diploma course. Else you can opt for private or government sector jobs that give a good salary to the diploma holders. Top companies like TCS, Wipro, Unitech, BSNL, Railways, IPCL etc. come for the recruitment. But it's suggested for you to pursue B.Tech right after Diploma if you want to have a good-salaried job in your hand.
