See Open schooling is legal in India but one should pursue it from the legal open board and it should be recognized either by central government or state government. So if you have completed your class 12th from valid and recognized board then you are definitely eligible for admission in different colleges depending upon your eligibility.

So before applying for admission you need to get the complete details of eligibility criteria of that college.
