The last date to register AIIMS Basic registration is 3rd January, 2019 so huge amount of candidates filling the AIIMS application form at a same time, It may cause slow down the server and lead to such errors or there might be any technical issues in your laptop/computer also, you are facing the error while registering.
Moreover, we are getting in touch with the AIIMS exam authority to resolve this issue and get details on the same. We will update the information regarding the "Exception 1" as soon as we receive from the authority. I would also suggest you to stay tuned to the website for more updations on this issue.
