The last date to register AIIMS Basic registration is 3rd January, 2019 so huge amount of candidates filling the AIIMS application form at a same time, It may cause slow down the server and lead to such errors or there might be any technical issues in your laptop/computer also, you are facing the error while registering.

Moreover, we are getting in touch with the AIIMS exam authority to resolve this issue and get details on the same.
