I did not exactly understand the question by what you meant by get registered
after you fill up the form is you need to keep track of the website so that you will be notified about the important dates regarding when you need to download your admit card from the website from your id profile which will enable you to sit for the examination following which you will have to go to the centre allotted to you in order to appear for the examination.
if you qualify in the examination you will be called forums of verification of documents which will be stipulated and unlisted on the website of the respective institution details, Jaipur NEET UG and there after you will have to participate in the various rounds of counselling on the online portal which will be understood after your rank is published in order to get admitted to different institutions as permitted by your rank and choice
