Dear Niteesh, there are 2 types of fees that you pay to attend NEET counselling. One is refundable amount and the other is non refundable amount. The non refundable amount is the registration fees which cannot be returned in any circumstances. But the refundable amount is returned to the source of payment after the entire process of counselling has been completed.
