Yes, you have to pay the required fee after GAT-B examination. This is just an entrance test for MSc which is required to do this course. According to the GAT-B exam scores, admissions are taken under the cut off released by different colleges. If you are selected in a college through GAT-B entrance, then you have to pay the tuition fee asked by College for whatever course you apply for.
