There is no free seat in NEET. Even if you get 1st rank or 100th rank, there is no free seat. There are Government Medical Colleges which have lesser fees like MAMC for example. It has the lowest fees. Even AIIMS has less fees. Then there are Government quota seats in Private Medical Colleges. Their fees is usually 5-10 lakhs for the whole course. Management seats are very high in fees. After getting a good rank, if you get a government college seat, every year your fees will be atleast upto 50,000Rs.
