If you get  a seat in the first round and you choose to join the college- the fees is used up in the fees payment of the first semester

If you get a college but you choose not to take admission in the first round- the fees is refunded

If you are allotted a seat in the first round, you take admission in that college and opt for round two in which you get a better college so you quit the previous college and take admission in th esecond one- the fees will be forfeitted
