Dear applicant

Warm wishes for clearing improvement examination and receiving a fresh marksheet based on that. Now it is totally upon the campus administration whether they would issue a new transfer certificate or not. What you do state your issue to the program coordinator and send a mail to the administration regarding availability of new transfer certificate.
