No, you can't take admission in B.Tech after ITI.
after your ITI you are eligible to Have a lateral Entry in Diploma of engineering Program ( 3 Years ) , but due to lateral entry you will do it in 2 years .
After diploma you can take lateral admission in B.Tech.
