You should lay more focus on your board exams.You can also prepare for jee mains by preparing the boards subjects well.

 Prepare subjects like english and your side subjects now so that you can get more time back in April for jee mains.

It really dependent on how well you would like to perform in these exams. You could study for the boards as you MUST secure at least 75% in order to be eligible for the Jee. However you must also focus on the jee, as it requires a lot of practise. So, it depends on how well you would like to fare in the exams.
