Comprehensive Guide: IIT's | NIT's | IIIT's
greetings!
Respected sir/mam, you can not take admission in any IIT in any course on the biases of JEE mains, to get admission in IITs you need to first qualify JEE mains and then appear for JEE advance, your rank in JEE advance will decide which IIT you can get, or weather you can get an IIT or not.
However there are many colleges that offer admission on basis of mains, and some of them are at par with IITs, say for example NIT Trichy or IIIT H. For more information on that you can use the following tool

Hello Aspirant,
Only with JEE mains score you can not get admission to IITs. You can get admission to IITs on the basis of JEE Advanced score. First you have to qualify for JEE mains to appear in JEE Advanced.
You need to secure a very good rank in JEE Advance to get top IITs with good branches.
