Yes, you can go for a lot even after MBBS. It is not like that if you do MBBS then you can't go further because there is no limit for studies be it any field. So try going for MSMD or any other specialization

After studying MBBS, you can further pursue MD/MS. It is a 3 year degree with various areas of specialisation.

After completion of your MD/MS degree, some of the areas also have a scope of further specialisation with the degree of MCH. It is an optional degree which will improve your career and salary prospects further. It is a also a 3 year degree.
