Hi there!!!!

B.Tech and MBA are entirely different courses. Your knowledge of mechanical engineering would not help you in either MBA in Finance or HR. So, you should first go through the syllabus of MBA (Finance) and MBA (HR) and after discovering the topics, you should be able to choose one according to your preference.
