First of all, did you appear for 5 year integrated course or 3 year bachelors degree

The website states that for 5 year integrated course the counseling application are yet to start.

Registration of MHT CET Counselling includes following these 6 basic steps*:

Registration
Type of candidature
Qualification and examination details
Uploading of scanned images
Payment of fees
Print of counselling application form
