Once the exams are over and results are out, everything will be held officially so don't need to worry for that. As its a national level examination, government will take proper care. You will have counselling process in nearby colleges of yours. Like for Mumbai, the neet counselling takes place in JJ College Byculla. As per your AIQ rank, you'll be allotted a single day, wherein you've to go to that college and submit the documents and proofs and register yourself for the admission process.
