Since the official cutoffs are not released yet and every applicant is just predicting the chances. So it is difficult to assume that each and every candidate got reced with marks and cutoff will also decrease as it changes every year and a lot depend on the difficulty level of exam, this year the exam was not that difficult so there are already chances of increment in cutoffs.
