Dear Roopa, According to MCC Guidelines, In case of free exit candidate has to report in person to surrender/resignation of the alloted seat to tje alloted college within the stipulated time frame. Failing to do so will not be considered as seat surrendered. So you have to ayyend in person to take a free exit. The fees will be refunded to the same account from which the payment was made from. This fees will be refunded only after all the rounds of counselling have been completed.
