Dear aspirant,

Regarding the NEET question paper, I would like to inform you that only OMR sheet is supposed to be submitted to the invigilator and so you can take your question paper with you out of the exam hall in order to check/tally your attempted/unattempted answers.

Yaa sure, you can take your NEET exam paper with yourself once you are done with writing  answers. But before completing your exam you are not suppose to leave the exam hall with question paper.
