The JOSAA seat acceptance fees is automatically adjusted with the college fees you have been allotted through the counselling.

For example, if the college fees is 50000 and you have paid the seat acceptance fees which is 35000 then the amount will be deducted and the final amount which you'll have to pay will be 15000.
