After qualiying Jee paper 2 you will need to apply for AAT, for which you will also need to qualify in Jee Advanced. The application process will be done only on one day so you will need to apply soon.

After qualifying jee main paper 2 you can apply for jee advance AAT .
Since the registration process will be open only for one day, you are advised to apply quickly for JEE Advanced AAT 2019. During registration, the preferred exam centre also has to be selected. Allotment of seats will be done through JoSAA on the basis of the All India Rank and performance of the candidates in JEE Advanced AAT 2019.

There is no relation between JEE MAINS PAPER 2 and JEE ADV. 
There is no such exam. Well, there is this one exam AAT (Architecture Aptitude Test). AAT is an architecture entrance exam for admission into IITs (5 years undergraduate B.Arch Course) and the students who has qualified JEE ADV. can only appear for it..
