If you are selected through Merit then you have nothing to do for Sports quota. The quota system can only be accessed if and only if one don't get admission through merit then if there are vacant in quota seats those seats are allocated. Now if you need holidays or some permission due to your career in sports then you can obviously to your college to give you special permits and those are usually very encouraged by most college and you will not face any problems regarding that.
