Yes Harish you can. BE and B.tech are same level undergraduate programs. But of course you need to clear GATE exam to apply for M.tech in good colleges. If you have decided to go for further studies and do M.tech, than I would suggest you to start preparing for the GATE exam which is conducted in February so you have enough time for thorough studies. If you get good score in GATE you will get best government colleges to pursue your studies.
