No. Results of supplementary exams must be before neet ug exam results, otherwise you may not be allowed for allotment of college during counselling process, this is in accordance to official notofication of neet ug...

You can get the results of neet 2018 even after your supplementary exam which is withheld, results you can get only on submitting the provisional marks card of supplementary exam to NEET.

Its quite hard to say wether you will be eligible for attending neet ug counselling or not on qualifying it.
As your board results will be after the counselling process of neet ug , so you will not be eligible..

You are expected to produce your class 12 board examination certificate as a proof of clearing the respective exam.
I'm pretty sure, the results of supplementary examination will be declared by the time you appear for counseling and admission process.
That makes you eligible for appearing for NEET-UG examination.

You are eligible for NEET 2018 but the condition is that you have to pass the neet exam with 50% if you belong to genneral catagory and reserved catagory an 40% aggregate is required. the aggregate is on the physics ,chemistry and biology along with pass marks in english.

Fill the neet form wityh neet appeared and result awaited.
