After your class 12th, I suggest you take admission in any undergraduate course in media domain that's up to your choice either you go for BMM or BJMC or Mass communication or Journalism degree but you must take admission in any undergraduate degree because after that you can call yourself as a graduate. The benefit of an undergraduate degree is you can learn all the aspects of journalism and communication. An undergraduate degree gives you the many opportunities in various sectors depends on the skills you have. So don't be confused take admission in the undergraduate degree programme.

I would like to tell you that after 12th it would be better to go for a bmm degree in journalism. If you really want a good career in journalism you should not go for diploma as the degree would have much more value.

Well according to me, you should go for BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN JOURNALISM since degree in the feild helps you get opportunities more easily.
Diploma would help you if you are a graduate from some other feild and want to enter the feild of Journalism.
