Hello Hasitha,
Check the official website of CET to know when you will be called for counselling. For separate range of ranks separate dates have been given starting from June 1. It would be difficult to get into your desired branch with that rank. But you can wait for counseling and see what college has been prescribed to you.

In the cet counseling they will tell you the courses available and whether you can choose food technology based in you rank. And also in which college.

And also if i didn't qualify in eamcet, will i be able to attend the counseling? As I've seen in some website that all the students after 80000 rank are asked to attend counseling at a time.

You can attend the counselling. And everyone is required to do so. See the cet brochure where they have specified counselling for different range of ranks on separate dates. In CET counselling they will tell you the colleges available to you to get food and science technology and other fields.
