Dear Nikunja, not just with AIIMS but with any medical college across India, you cannot practise as a Doctor until you earn your Medical degree. You need to complete the course and register yourself with the respective State Medical Council or Medical Council of India. If found practising before you complete the MBBS course, you can be held in the court of Law. You start working only afterbyou complete the course.
