Yes you can take admission in medical colleges once you have cleared NEET exam and secured good rank.SInce the minimum eligibility to be admitted in Medical colleges is  mandatory to score 50% marks in 12th grade along with individual subject including Physics,Chemistry,Biology and maths.

If you have cleared NEET you can take admission in graduate level of medical fields.
