If you were doing good work in the existing  job of CA, Than why there was such an urgency to leave it and hope for choosing (other jobs, CAT etc). In almost all industries, the first 4-5 years of the career will never give you the most satisfaction. The idea is to stick around for long enough for the meaty work to start coming in. You could try to focus on what you have in hand and gain real world skills and experiences over the next year or two.if you have already a better job with good stipend why you are confusing about that..just forget about the past that whatever you have done...just stick to your present and needs to boost yourself, workhard with the present skills..and welcome your future with good opportunities..

BEST OF LUCK DEAR!!!Hope this information helpful for you.
