Sivaraman,

The age limit for B.Sc courses in Tamil Nadu, varies with the college. But most of the colleges expects the candidate to be age of 21 by the July of that year. For example, if you are to join a B.Sc course in 2019, then you are expected to be of 21 years by July, 2019.
