As per latest updates maximum age after which you cannot appear for neet examination via the OBC category is 30 years and after that you will not be able to appear for the neet exam any longer but till then you are free and eligible to appear for the exam

Age limit is pending though but for obc candidates it's 30 years .
And this year people of all the ages are allowed to sit for the exam.

The decision on age limit for Neet exam is pending in the supreme Court of India but as of now in their new decision there is no age limit limit on appearing for Neet exam but earlier it was 30 years for reserved category that is OBC SC ST students but the final decision is yet to be announced in the month of January by the supreme Court of India.
