• 18 to 27 years – For posts like Auditor, Accountant, Tax Assistant, and Upper Division Clerk.

• 18 to 30 years – For posts like Assistant Section Officer, Inspector (Income Tax, Central Excise), and Assistant Enforcement Officer.

• 20 to 30 years – For posts like Sub-Inspector in CBI and Assistant Section Officer in some ministries.

• Up to 32 years – For Junior Statistical Officer.

Age relaxation is given for reserved categories as per rules. OBC gets 3 years, SC/ST gets 5 years, and PwD gets up to 10 years.
