If the eligibility criteria mentions that the minimum aggregate marks in 10+2 must be 60% marks then the overall percentage in class 12th must be minimum 60% this includes the marks scored in theory exam as well as practical exam. SO the percentage must be calculated by taking in to consideration the marks scored in all subjects in class 12th. If the eligibility criteria mentions  that the minimum aggregate marks in particular subject/subjects must be 60% then the percentage must be 60% in the given subjects. This shall include the marks scored in theory exam and practical exam.
