There are many colleges in Delhi that have Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence as minor and majors in Computer Science Engineering like Indraprastha University, DTU, NSUT. But if you wish to  have specific specialization in AI/ML then look in the following list:

• Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Delhi has a  B.Tech program specialized in Artificial Intelligence with focus on Machine Learning. This is one of the most reputed and demanded program as it has excellent faculty and IIIT has great labs for research and study
• Netaji Subhash University of Delhi (NSUT):  They also offer BTech Computer Science that is specialized in Artificial Intelligence, which also has a good academic and placement record in past years
