AIIMS paper are never released or published anywhere.You can practice from books which are for AIIMS MCQs and may be you can find related/similar questions in it. I recommend you to buy the latest MTG AIIMS explorer and practice it.

Aiims never publishes it's question papers. All mcq books give the questions based on memory of students. You can however rely on them for your practice as it may somewhat simulate the actual questions
