Sorry, you can't get any BAMS or BHMS seat at  this rank. You should score 550+ for getting into government BAMS or BHMS seat. But still participate in counseling till last round.

I would suggest you to give it a try again with full efforts. And try to score above 600 next year.
Or you can try other career options if you don't want to do it again.
