The faculty is almost the same everywhere.

And there are so many coaching institutes and each of them having multiple branches, so if a faculty is fired somewhere, it is hired somewhere else.

All the big institutes(like Aakash, Resonance, Allen, FIITJEE etc) pay somewhat similar salaries(except to very very few senior teachers who are main branches).
